Hotel management and development company Sanguine Hospitality has appointed Mark Davies as its new general manager for Hotel Indigo Birmingham. Davies will lead the 52-bedroom hotel and its skyline Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill restaurant at the Cube. He joins from Restaurant Associates, the executive dining arm of Compass Group, where he was general services manager. Previous roles include general manager at Hotel du Vin Birmingham, general manager at Malmaison Belfast and deputy general manager at Malmaison Manchester.
