Mark Jordan at the Beach joins Luxury Jersey Hotels

Mark Jordan at the Beach has become the latest restaurant partner to join Luxury Jersey Hotels, the six-member four- and five-star hotel consortium.

The two-AA-rosette beachside bistro, on La Route de la Haule, joins Ormer, Ocean, Tassili, Bohemia, The Grill, Sirocco and Saffrons as restaurants featured by the consortium in their online dining directory at

The site uses food photography, restaurant reviews, chef interviews and location guides to give visitors to Jersey a flavour of each destination.

Jordan, executive head chef of both Ocean and Mark Jordan at the Beach, said: "It has always been important to me to give diners a real taste of Jersey, whether it's a Michelin-starred menu at Ocean or a perfect piece of locally-caught fish, simply cooked and served in the relaxed atmosphere at Mark Jordan at the Beach. Being able to offer top quality local produce, fresh from the sea or the field is what Jersey restaurants do exceptionally well, and I'm very proud to play a part in taking that message to our visitor market with this new partnership with Luxury Jersey Hotels."

Mark Jordan at the Beach was launched in 2011 as a sister restaurant to The Atlantic Hotel's Michelin-starred Ocean.
