Matthew Cuthbert joins Buckinghamshire's Five Arrows as head chef

Matthew Cuthbert has joined the Five Arrows, a hotel and restaurant at the gates of Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire, as head chef.
Cuthbert was previously senior sous chef at Heston Blumenthal's Bray gastropub the Hind's Head when it finished in the top 40 at the UK Restaurant Awards.
He has also worked as head chef at the Marlborough Arms hotel in Woodstock and at the Cliveden hotel in Berkshire.
