Monson moves to Four Seasons in Hampshire

David Monson has transferred to the Four Seasons hotel, Hampshire, after 14 years at its sister property in Canary Wharf. Monson replaced Karen Ayad, who has been appointed director of food and beverage at the Four Seasons hotel at Park Lane.

Monson's early career includes working within the culinary teams in both Claridge's and the Savoy hotel. He then moved into banquet operations and finally into catering and sales as he joined the Four Seasons.
