Mull hoteliers buy guesthouse near Pitlochry

Paul and Joan Graham, who ran a hotel on the Isle of Mull, have bought the Dalshian Guest House near Pitlochry in Perthshire.

The 18th century property is located in secluded grounds just off the A9 Perth to Inverness road on the outskirts of Pitlochry and close to Donavourd.

The guesthouse has seven en-suite bedrooms, an 18-seat dining room, and a three-bedroom owners' cottage.

The Edinburgh office of Christie & Co sold the freehold for close to the £425,000 guide price on behalf of Martin Howarth and his wife.
