Multi-award-winning chef Graham Tinsley returns to Carden Park hotel, near Chester

Multi-award-winning chef Graham Tinsley has returned to Carden Park hotel, golf resort and spa, near Chester, after an absence of 10 years.

He rejoins the four-star property from his role as chef director of the Castle hotel, in Conwy, where he will retain an interest as a director and shareholder.

Tinsley headed up the hotel kitchens when Carden Park opened in 1996 but left in 2000 to become chef director at Castle hotel.

He is manager of the Welsh National Culinary Team, which he helped to found in 1993, and has represented Wales at the Culinary Olympics on four occasions. The team recently scooped gold and silver awards at the 2010 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg.
