Natasha Ludlow returns to oversee Grosvenor hotel relaunch

Natasha Ludlow has been appointed general manager of the Grosvenor hotel in London's Victoria to see the hotel through its refurbishment to become the Amba Victoria later this year.

She replaces Toby Garden, who left the role late last year to join the Nobu Hotel Shoreditch as general manager.

She said: "I have grown up as part of GLH Hotels and I am ready to tackle my biggest task yet… The relaunched venues - the Tea Lounge and the Grosvenor Arms - have both already been huge successes, so I am excited for our guests to experience the rest of the refurbishment. It is a true privilege to work in a hotel that you can truly be proud of."

The hotel's bedrooms, meetings and events spaces, and additional food and beverage outlets, will be fully refurbished throughout next year. The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2019.
