New chief finance officer for Thistle

Mike O'Mahoney, previously finance director at roadside caterer Little Chef, has joined Thistle Hotels as chief financial officer.
He will report to new chief executive officer Tim Scoble, who was himself previously with Little Chef as chief executive.
Scoble was revealed in November 2005 as successor to Beverly King, who has left to set up his own hospitality business.
Mahoney has also worked in senior finance and IT positions at Queens Moat Houses.
