New owner for Pontefract hotel

Acting on behalf of Mr A Ali, agent Christie + Co has sold the Queens Hotel in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, to Regency Property & Investments.

Situated on the A639, close to the racecourse, the property includes a 60-seat restaurant, a conference and banqueting suite, and a public bar that can seat 42.

The Queens Hotel was sold for an undisclosed figure from an asking price of £650,000 for the freehold interest.
