New owner for Worcestershire B&B

Hadley House, a modernised B&B in the Cotswold town of Broadway, Worcestershire, has been sold to experienced hoteliers Linda and Duncan Hickling.

The detached, 1920s building with bay windows and a Cotswold stone front is a short walk from the town centre.

The well-proportioned property has five en-suite bedrooms to sleep 10 people, a 10-seat breakfast room, and private parking.

The privately-accessed owners' accommodation includes a master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and spacious lounge with French windows to a decked patio and the garden. The first floor landing has space for a home office.

The Cirencester office of Colliers Robert Barrry sold the freehold off a guide price of £560,000.
