New VP of worldwide sales, EMEA, role at Hilton for Tanya Clifford

Hilton has appointed Tanya Clifford as vice-president of worldwide sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Clifford joined Hilton nine years ago and was previously senior director of sales operations, Europe.
In her new role, she will harness new sales technology to drive performance with "a primary focus on innovating around the customer journey".
Earlier in her career, Clifford worked as head of international sales for Guoman Hotels, and as vice-president of sales, North America, at Thistle Hotels.
