NH Hoteles makes no comment on reported sale of Jolly St Ermin's hotel

NH Hoteles has declined to comment on reports that the Jolly St Ermin's hotel is to be sold to a US investment fund.

The four-star, 275-bedroom hotel is one of three hotels in London, alongside Harrington Hall and the Kensington, owned by the Spanish hotel company. NH Hoteles acquired the property in 2006 when it took over the Italian-owned Jolly Hotels.

The Times reported that Jolly St Ermin's in Westminster, which originally belonged to the Stakis group, was to be sold for £68m.
