No 11 Cadogan Gardens becomes third UK property to be managed by Luxury Hotel Partners
Luxury Hotel Partners (LHP), the hotel management company owned by the operators of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), has been appointed to operate No 11 Cadogan Gardens in London.
The 62-bedroom hotel, situated off Sloane Street, was recently acquired by the Cadogan Estate. It offers a cocktail bar, restaurant, library and gym.
Made up of four properties dating back to 1874, No 11 Cadogan Gardens includes four suites, each with a private entrance and garage.
"We are proud to be charged with the responsibility to manage and build the reputation of No 11 Cadogan Gardens as a luxury boutique hotel in arguably one of the best locations in the London," said Brian Mills, managing director of LHP.
"The Cadogan Estate appointed LHP due to our wide international experience managing luxury boutique hotels and because our name is not promoted to the hotel guests. In fact, a guest does not see our name anywhere; just the name of the hotel," Mills said.
No 11 Cadogan Gardens is the third property in the UK to be operated by LHP, alongside the Cadogan on Sloane Street, and the Bingham in Richmond, Surrey.
LHP has been operating boutique hotels for 10 years and currently manages 30 properties in 12 countries including Spain, Greece, China, Brazil, the UK, France, Italy and Mexico.
