Oddfellows appoints Sarah Dougherty manager

Chester boutique hotel, restaurant and bar Oddfellows has appointed Sarah Dougherty as the manager as part of a multimillion-pound transformation. Dougherty, who has worked in a number of Chester's best known hotels and venues, took up her new post as manager of the city venue on 1 May. She spent 10 years working at the Chester Grosvenor before joining the 1539 restaurant at Chester racecourse.
