Oliver McTear is new bars manager at Eastbourne's Grand hotel

Oliver McTear has been appointed bars manager at Eastbourne's five-star Grand hotel.
McTear first joined the Grand in 2000, where he trained as a professional bartender.
After further experience outside the hotel as an assistant bar manager, he returned to the Grand three years later as deputy bars manager.
