Heiress Paris Hilton is launching a line of luxury hotels bearing her name in Dubai, New York and Las Vegas, according to http://www.forbes.com/sites/jimdobson/2016/07/17/paris-hilton-to-launch-luxury-hotel-chain-in-dubai-new-york-and-las-vegas/#58232f517c1c" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Forbes.

The developments are being planned to open in the three cities she frequently visits, and are all expected to be beach-themed. The line will not bear the Hilton brand name. Further details are yet to be announced.

In 2010 Hilton designed the Paris Beach Club for Century Properties' Azure Urban Resort Residences in the Philippines. Century Properties is one of the most prominent real estate developers in the Philippines.

Hilton's second Beach Club at the Azure Residences in Parañaque is currently under construction. It features nine residential buildings designed to recreate the experience of beachfront living and is named after her favourite seaside resorts and beaches such as Rio, Santorini and St Tropez. Amenities include an open park, Zen garden and a lap pool with cascading waterfalls. The first tower currently being built and sold is the Monaco tower.
