Park Grand London Heathrow hotel on market for £24m plus

The four-AA-star, 124-bedroom Park Grand London Heathrow hotel has been put up for sale, with offers being sought in excess of £24m.

Located on the Great West Road, the hotel is being sold by Shaftesbury Premier Heathrow and is one of seven properties run under the Park Grand London brand, with sister hotels located in the centre of the capital.

The Park Grand London Heathrow, which is a member of the Best Western Plus consortium, has a restaurant, bar and three meeting rooms.

"Offering a commanding trading location, coupled with its rebranding/repositioning possibilities, this sizeable freehold London hotel truly is a unique opportunity for investors."
