Paula O'Neill joins Hilton Liverpool as executive chef

Paula O'Neill has joined Hilton Liverpool as executive chef to head up its overall F&B strategy, including responsibility for the Exchange restaurant kitchen. She brings with her more than 13 years' experience having worked at Hilton hotels across Great Britain. Throughout this time, O'Neill has gained a string of commendations and awards as well as international experience.
