Peter Wilson has joined the new Loch Lomond Arms hotel, Luss, Dunbartonshire, as its first head chef in time for the £3m property's opening this month. Wilson's first head chef position came aged 22 at the Huntingtower hotel and restaurant in Perth and his 20 years' experience includes stints at the Brig o'Doon House hotel in Alloway and Lochgreen House hotel in Troon, both in Ayrshire.
