Peter Woods returns to Four Seasons Hotel St Fillans in Perthshire as head chef
Peter Woods has returned to the Four Seasons Hotel St Fillans, Perthshire, as head chef following a four-year hiatus. He previously held the position at the hotel from 2006 to 2008.
With more than 33 years' experience, Woods's most recent position was at the Garten hotel near Inverness. Appointed to run the kitchen of the fine-dinning, two-AA-rosette Meall Reamhar restaurant as well as the more informal Tarken restaurant, Woods plans to build on the hotel's reputation for excellent food and has started by refreshing the menus of both restaurants.
