PH Hotels has announced the winners of its annual Quality Wins weekend, which aims to champion excellence across all levels of its operation.
Hayley Cannon, was announced as the winner of the Colleague of the Year award, with comments from guests including: "Wherever we were in the hotel this weekend Hayley was there, smile on her face, helping us and your other guests, she is a credit to the hotel."
There was also an Environmental Excellence award for The St. David's Hotel & Spa, Cardiff, and a Service Excellence award for The George Hotel in Edinburgh. The PH Hotels Hotel of the Year award went to The Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow.
PH Hotels chief executive, Tony Troy, said: "Our annual Quality Wins weekend rewards outstanding members of our team for their contribution to the business over the course of the year; it is an important date in our diary and it was great to celebrate the team's hard work and commitment."
