Pierre Silva becomes director of F&B at Sheraton Skyline
The Sheraton has appointed Pierre Silva as director of food and beverage at the Sheraton Skyline hotel.
He has previously worked as operations director overseeing several London venues including Whiskey Mist, Punchbowl, Mahiki, and Tini in central London.
Silva also launched the Comptoir Libanais at Westfield Shopping Mall in London's White City, which opened in October 2008.
His hotel career began with a management trainee programme with Hilton Hotels based in Sri Lanka.
