Rachel Philips becomes HR director for two London Marriott hotels

Rachel Phillips has been appointed multi-property director of human resources for the London Marriott Park Lane and the London Marriott Grosvenor Square.
Phillips was a winner of Caterer's 2009 Acorn Awards for the best young talent in hospitality.
She was previously acting human resources director at the Renaissance Chancery Court hotel.
Phillips has taken just seven years to rise from human resources administrator at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
