Rachid ‘Ben' Bengougam joins Hilton as vice-president of HR, Europe

Rachid ‘Ben' Bengougam has joined Hilton Worldwide as vice-president of HR for Europe. In his new role, he will oversee HR strategy for more than 180 hotels, seven brands and 20,000 team members across 30 countries. He previously worked for M.H. Alshaya, the largest retail and dining franchise operator in the Middle East. Prior to that, he was group HR director for Dixons in the UK.

Bengougam started his career at Forte Hotels in the 1980s where he held various roles from food and beverage service to catering and operations management.
