Radisson Edwardian for sale in Canary Wharf for £37.5m
The four-star deluxe, 169-bedroom Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf hotel in London has been put on the market for £37.5m.
Currently operated under a management contract to Edwardian Hotels, it is being sold by The Ballymore Group.
The hotel was built in 2007 and overlooks the River Thames, in the heart of Canary Wharf. It enjoys strong corporate business from nearby blue chip companies and London City Airport, as well as busy leisure trade from the O2 Arena and ExCel Centre.
The hotel is being marketed by CBRE Hotels.
