Restaurant partners for Dorsett City hotel announced
Dorsett Hospitality International has announced Shikumen and Vingt-Quatre (VQ) as the restaurant partners for its Dorsett City hotel, due to open in the first quarter of 2017 in Aldgate, in the City of London.
Shikumen, which also has its flagship restaurant at the Dorsett Shepherds Bush in west London, will offer Asian-inspired dishes while VQ will provide classic comfort cuisine and cocktails.
The 13-storey, 267-bedroom Dorsett City hotel will be the Hong Kong-based company's second London opening, and will house a rooftop bar and 1,600 sq ft of meeting space.
Dorsett Hospitality International also has 22 hotels throughout Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and Singapore.
