Revpar falls by 1.3% at London hotels
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) drop by 1.3% in the week ending 11 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar declined to £128.24, down from £129.95 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy fell by 2.9 percentage points to 83.7% while average room rate grew by 2.1% to £153.19, compared with £149.98 in the corresponding week of 2006.
