Revpar falls by nearly 3% at London hotels
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) decline by 2.52% in the week ending 18 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar fell to £120.88, down from £124.01 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy dropped by 5.18 percentage points to 83.13% while average room rate grew by 3.56% to £145.42 compared with £140.42 in the corresponding week of 2007.
