Revpar grows by 14.5% at London hotels
London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 14.5% in the week ending 4 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £133.02, up from £116.13 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by 5.1 percentage points to 88% while average room rate grew by 7.9% to £151.16, compared with £140.05 in the corresponding week of 2006.
