Revpar grows by 4% at London hotels

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 4% in the week ending 25 May, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose to £121.89, up from £117.21 during the equivalent week of 2007.

Occupancy dropped by 1.25 percentage points to 85.08% but average room rate grew by 5.53% to £143.27 compared with £135.77 in the corresponding week of 2007.
