Revpar grows by nearly 10% at London hotels
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) grow by 9.58% in the week ending 1 June, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar rose to £102.11, up from £93.19 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy rose by 1.9 percentage points to 74.80% and average room rate grew by 6.79% to £136.51 compared with £127.83 in the corresponding week of 2007.
