Revpar grows by nearly 16% at London hotels
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 15.68% in the week ending 16 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar grew to £121.20, up from £104.77 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy increased by 4.89 percentage points to 84.55% while average room rate grew by 9% to £143.35 compared with £131.52 in the corresponding week of 2007.
