Revpar grows by nearly 7% at London hotels
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 6.58% in the week ending 2 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar grew to £110.08, up from £103.28 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy dropped by 0.39 percentage points to 77.14% while average room rate grew by 7.12% to £142.70 compared with £133.21 in the corresponding week of 2007.
