Revpar grows by nearly 8% at London hotels
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 7.7% in the week ending 9 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar grew to £111.95, up from £103.94 during the equivalent week of 2007.
Occupancy increased by 1.45 percentage points to 79.98% while average room rate grew by 5.74% to £139.97 compared with £132.37 in the corresponding week of 2007.
