Richard Kirkwood has joined the kitchen of the newly reopened Bell Inn in Ticehurst, East Sussex. He began his career at Malmaison in his home town of Edinburgh before moving to London and the Hyde Park hotel. He then moved to Caprice Holdings where he spent time in the kitchens of La Caprice, J Sheekey and the Ivy, as well as a stint at Paternoster Chop House in the City.
