Richards Simmonds is new Spectrum head chef at Park Plaza County Hall London

The Spectrum Bar and Café at the four-star de luxe Park Plaza County Hall London has appointed Richard Simmonds as executive head chef.
Simmonds previously worked as executive head chef of the Royal Trafalgar and Thistle Piccadilly hotels, London, where he oversaw the food operations, and before that as executive head chef for Arora Hotels International. The Spectrum Bar and Café serves a selection of fresh Mediterranean tapas, pizzas, pastas and grill dishes.
