Richardson Hotels has sold Eaves Hall country hotel in Waddington, Lancashire to James Places for around £3m.
The 34-bedroom hotel is set in the heart of the Ribble Valley and sits in 13 acres of grounds.
The sale was brokered by property agents Savills.
Alistair Greenhalgh, associate director at Savills, said: "This sale highlights an increasing trend over recent months of well-qualified purchasers returning to the hotel market to acquire correctly priced assets that offer good potential and growth opportunities."
