Royal York hotel appoints Gary Jenkins executive head chef

The four-star Royal York hotel has appointed Gary Jenkins as executive head chef.
With more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Jenkins has worked in a number of high-profile establishments including Gleneagles hotel in Perthshire and Manchester's Marriott Worsley Park hotel.
More recently he was executive head chef for six years at the Midland hotel in Manchester.
