Salford Hall is sold out of administration to Skylane Hotel
The 36-bedroom Best Western Salford Hall hotel in Evesham, Worcestershire, has been sold to Sussex-based hotel, wedding and conference group Skylane Hotel, off a guide price of £2.25m.
Dating from the 15th century, the Grade I-listed manor house was put on the market after its former owner, Cube Hotels, went into administration in February.
Philip Gibson, partner at property agent Edward Symons, which handled the sale, said that locations such as Evesham were currently attracting good interest.
"Salford Hall has benefited from considerable improvements in recent years and as a Best Western member, is likely to prove a solid investment," he said.
