Seaham Hall in County Durham appoints Ian Swainson as head chef

Seaham Hall in County Durham, part of the von Essen hotels collection, has appointed Ian Swainson as head chef. Swainson joins Seaham Hall after spending four years at the Michelin-starred La Becasse in Shropshire. He has extensive experience across a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK and France.
