Shaun Corrigan (pictured right) has been named general manager at South Wales based Crown Hotels and Restaurants. He takes over from UK Restaurant Manager of the Year David Hennigan (pictured left) who, after three years in the role, is moving to New Zealand. Corrigan will oversee the chain's two restaurants in the region: the Michelin-starred Crown at Whitebrook, near Monmouth; and the three AA rosette Crown at Celtic Manor Resort. He brings with him a wealth of international experience having worked in senior restaurant positions in Singapore, China and Dubai, as well as L'Ortolan in Reading, La Gousse D'Ail in Oxford and the Vineyard at Stockcross, Berkshire.
