The luxury Shawlands Park hotel in Lanarkshire has been put on the market after being placed into administration.
The 48-bedroom hotel overlooking the Clyde Valley near Larkhall recently underwent a multimillion-pound redevelopment, and has the largest function facility in the area.
Property agent Christie & Co is marketing the freehold on behalf of administrators Zolfo Cooper, and the Shawlands continues to trade through the process.
Brian Sheldon, director at Christie & Co, said: "The Shawlands Park is one of the newest luxury hotels in the Lanarkshire region and has already established an excellent reputation for weddings and conferences.
"There is no question that there will be no shortage of buyers for the hotel."
