Simon Magnus named food and beverage manager at Hilton Glasgow
Simon Magnus has been named food and beverage manager at Hilton Glasgow, where he will oversee the entire operation at the hotel.
He joins at a time when the property is undergoing an extensive multimillion-pound renovation and redesign.
Magnus has over 16 years' experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as restaurant manager at the Dormy Clubhouse, Gleneagles. He is also a former winner of the Veuve Cliquot Award as a student at the Scottish Hotel School, University of Strathclyde.
