Southerners buy Argyll hotel

Alan and Jo Hogg have moved from the South of England to operate the Stewart hotel in Appin, near Ballachulish in Argyll

The Hoggs are first-time buyers but have previous hotel experience.

Family accommodation is provided in the form of two two-bedroom flats.

The Glasgow office of Colliers Robert Barry achieved a sale close to the asking price of £395,000.
