Spencer Wilson joins Caledonian Hilton as executive head chef

Spencer Wilson has joined the Caledonian Hilton as executive head chef. Wilson has more than 15 years' industry experience including stints as executive head chef at the Scotsman hotel and the Glasshouse hotel in Edinburgh.

He will be responsible for creating new menus and dining concepts at the hotel's Pompadour and Chisholms restaurants.
