St. James's hotel and club London announces Zdenek Zemen as new manager of informal restaurant

St. James's hotel and club London has announced the appointment of Czech-born Zdenek Zemen as the new manager of its informal restaurant, William's bar and bistro. Past experience includes bar management at Donovan bar in Brown's hotel, part of the Rocco Forte collection, as well as holding senior bar positions at the Four Seasons Park Lane and the Four Seasons in Prague for many years. Zdenek will be hosting cocktail masterclasses at St. James's each month from May.
