Italian chef congress Identità London will return to the capital this summer, with a stellar line up of internationally acclaimed chefs.
This year's two-day gastronomic congress will be focused on "The Luxury of Simplicity" and will look at lesser known seasonal ingredients. It will feature cookery demonstrations and masterclasses by renowned chefs from across the world including Italy, Britain, France, USA and Hong Kong.
