Suffolk business TA Hotel Collection renamed as the Hotel Folk

The newly named Hotel Folk has already spent £500,000 on IT, including new websites for the group and each hotel, and a new EPoS booking system.

A new team training system with rewards and recognition for staff, which allow the team to spend more time with guests, will be fully integrated by Easter.
