Suffolk guesthouse changes hands

Gianfranco and Suzanne Neroni are the new owners of the Verandah House guesthouse in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

The period property is located opposite the town's theatre and is within walking distance of the town centre.

It offers seven bedrooms, a 16-seat breakfast room, a conservatory and an attractive walled garden.

The Neroni's plan to expand the food offer by introducing evening meals.

The Norwich office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the property off an asking price of £575,000 on behalf of Philip andYvonne Jacques.
