The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 12 February, 2006
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 9.1% in the week ending 12 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar grew to £102.55, up from £94.01 during the equivalent week last year thanks to increases in both occupancy and average room rate.
Occupancy grew by 1.3 percentage points to 75.9% while average room rate rose by 7.3% to £135.15, up from £126 in the corresponding week of 2005.
